On Friday our fifth year PE class were lucky enough to be tutored by the experienced boxing trainer Ruslan from @killarney_boxing_club. Students were physically put through the paces and were introduced to the fundamentals of boxing which are a lot more complex than you would think. Students left the class smiling and a little out of breath but thought it was a very cool experience. Students will work with Ruslan up until mid term.
