Two live shows down and one to go...
Today we welcomed fifth-class students from our neighbouring primary schools around the town and they were treated to a spellbinding performance of the Wizard of Oz performed by our remarkably talented students and produced by our dedicated and creative staff.
The joy, laughter, and excitement were etched on their young faces as they treated to our very own take on this all-time classic. They laughed, they cried, and felt alive by the end and they were treated to an amazing send-off by our very own cast as they made their way back to their bus and respective schools.
As darkness fell and nerves grew it was straight back into makeup and costume as they performed in front of 300 friends, family, and fellow students and give the performance of their lives. Not a leg was broken and it definitely was all right on the night as the audience left the hall full of joy, laughter, and awe after witnessing such an incredible production of acting, singing, dancing, and drama. Take a bow guys, get some sleep, mind those throats as they get to do it all over again tomorrow night.
